FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions

Question: My password stopped working. I checked with the billing company and they still show my account is active. What's wrong?

Answer: Here's what probably happened: your username/password was been hacked. Whoever hacked it shared it with the world and our security system enacted some built-in safeguards. In your case, your username was temporarily deactivated. How could your username be hacked? Typically this happens when someone intercepts your email, hacks into your personal computer or hacks a website you became a member of. If the hacker knew even just your username, there are computer programs that can randomly try common password combinations.
